Policies

LTA Promise:

Ludwig Theatre Arts promises to bring the most out of every student. We pride ourselves on building confidence, guiding students to stepping on the stage for the first time and professionally nurturing their talent.

We promise to inspire every student that joins us, nurture and build their talent to be hobby and able them to head towards future training.

Confidence and believing in yourself is KEY. We offer a safe environment to explore, perform and be creative.

Joining us to learn how to sing, dance and act also brings other key life skills. We have proven success that we build confidence, communication skills, fitness, friendships and resilience to the ups and downs of what it's like to be a performing arts student.

Child Safety:

Ludwig Theatre Arts takes child safety and well being very seriously. We have a clear commitment to keeping all of our students safe. Child protection policies are in place and safeguarding is a top priority.

Jack as the Principal, teachers and assistants over the age of 18 are required to hold an Enhanced Clearance via DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service, formerly Criminal Records Bureau or CRB). Only those with a clear DBS certificate are permitted to work under the LTA umbrella.

LTA have invested in specific safeguarding training to ensure the highest level of safeguarding. All necessary insurance, first aid and fire safety procedures are in place.

Being an LTA Student:

Means you have LOTS of fun, are encouraged and nurtured professionally. You are welcomed by Sandra and Jack as you enter the building. You have classes throughout the term and specialist workshops in the holidays. Students are advised to attend their classes regularly, wear the academy polo t-shirt and black attire that can be moved freely. Jazz shoes and polo's can be purchased at the start of every term. Jack is always on hand to answer any questions. Parents/guardians are invited to an open class at least once an academic year to see the magic in action. LTA students are expected to behave like young professionals, whist having a great time.
