Now more than ever the arts are so important for the young community of Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Shropshire after the year we have had with the Pandemic.
Here are a number of great benefits of being in a musical:
Active Participation in the Arts: Participating in the arts provides young people with a chance to explore their creativity and imagination in a structured and safe environment. Musical theatre is specifically remarkable because it is the only art form that combines all areas of the fine arts: acting, singing, dancing, music, and visual arts.
Improving Literacy Skills: From reading scripts to memorising lines to learning to tell a story, young people continually improve their literacy skills while rehearsing and performing in a musical.
Becoming a Confident Public Speaker: It takes a lot of guts to stand up and sing or dance in front of your family, peers, and what may seem like the entire community. Experience with public speaking at a young age gives students confidence that will be important to them for the rest of their lives.
Gaining Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills: Putting on a musical is a group effort, and every member of the team must work together to make it happen. Throughout the rehearsal process, the students will learn to solve challenges as they arise. Students will learn to trust and depend on themselves and their cast mates.
How You Can Help...
SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
Sponsorship packages can be tailored to suit your business/budget/requirements. Below outlines the different packages to support our Broadway Junior programs. Any amount of support will help put on these Musicals and keep the Arts alive.
THE ROYAL BOX | £1,500
This package is for the full exclusive sponsorship of a Junior Theatre Musical. Receiving this would mean that every child between the ages of 7 -18 who wanted to be part of our next musical could be, without having to pay anything at all.
For this package you would receive:
• Company name and logo all on production materials including flyers, posters, T- shirts, or any other merchandise
• Company mentioned in all press releases for the production
• Company banners and/or leaflets displayed during the public performances
• Company included on ‘Ludwig Theatre Arts Sponsors’ page of the website for one year • Weekly shoutouts on all social media platforms for a year
• Six tickets to a Gala Night Performance with access to the sponsor’s room
• Ten tickets to a standard performance to gift to your clients
THE STALLS | £1000
This package is for the full exclusive sponsorship of a Junior Theatre Play. Receiving this would mean that every child between the ages of 6-18 who wanted to be part of our next play could be, without having to pay anything at all.
For this package you would receive:
• Company name and logo all on production materials including flyers, posters, T- shirts, or any other merchandise
• Company mentioned in all press releases for the production
• Company banners and/or leaflets displayed during the public performances
• Company included on ‘Ludwig Theatre Arts Sponsors’ page of the website for one year • Weekly shoutouts on all social media platforms for a year
• Four tickets to a Gala Night Performance with access to the sponsor’s room
THE DRESS CIRCLE | £500
This package would go towards the sponsorship of one of our Junior Theatre productions, hopefully combining several of these packages it would mean that every child between the ages of 6-18 who wanted to part of our next production could be, without having to pay anything at all.
For this package you would receive:
• Company name on all on various production materials including flyers, posters, and online marketing.
• Company mentioned in all press releases for the production
• Company included on ‘Ludwig Theatre Arts Sponsors’ page of the website for six months. • Weekly shoutouts on all social media platforms for six months.
• Two tickets to a performance with access to the sponsor’s room
OTHER SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
LUDWIG FRIEND | £250
This would go towards allowing several young people to take part in our sessions free of charge. For this package you would receive:
• Exclusive invites to Ludwig Theatre Arts Productions
• Access to the rehearsal room to watch things come together
• Recognition of your support on our website and in our printed show brochures
LUDWIG SUPPORTER | £100
This would go towards allowing several young people to take part in our sessions free of charge. For this package you would receive:
