Tenbury’s first OPEN AIR CINEMA Halloween screening brought to you by Ludwig Theatre Arts for *𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄* on Saturday 30th October!
This event is being delivered as part of the ERDF Welcome Back Fund, administered by Malvern Hills District Council. Also supported by Town Clerk - Tenbury Town Council.

Socially distanced and Covid secure outdoor event.
Early Screening: 6pm
Late Screening: 9pm
Early screening suitable for families. Children will need to be accompanied by an adult at both screenings. Film rating PG.
Watch out for some surprise performances…

Bring your hot drinks, food and treats! Please note: NO BBQs.

Why not book a table in one of Tenbury’s fine eatery’s or get some treats from the high street!

There are no tickets for this event and it is totally free! Just come along up to an hour before the screening and enjoy the Halloween celebrations.

The event will be cancelled if unable to go ahead due to adverse weather conditions.

Smoking / Vaping is not permitted in the main event area.

Volunteers will assist you to a space on the Burgage to help with social distancing. Watch out though they might bite or put a spell on you!

No seating will be provided. Please bring your own seating. Blankets. Thermals. Maybe a hot water bottle!

All guests are kindly asked to use the bins that will be provided or take rubbish home so we can keep the Burgage clean and tidy.

The public toilets will be open along with additional toilets being provided on the Burgage.

This event is an alcohol free zone. Intoxicated people will be asked to leave. We want everyone to have fun, feel safe and enjoy the evening!

Don’t forget to wrap up warm and bring your wellies in case the ground is wet. Keep an eye on our social media for weather and event updates. Pack at torch if possible.
