London 2024 with Ludwig Theatre Arts - The Ultimate UK Theatre Trip

By application only, LTA have planned the London trip of any theatre kids dream. Departing from Tenbury Wells in May 2024 here are the confirmed details:

DAY 1 Saturday 04 May 2024

DEPART SCHOOL, Tenbury High Ormiston Academy

CHECK IN TO ACCOMMODATION

ROYAL NATIONAL HOTEL, In terms of value and location, the Royal National Hotel in London is second to none. Located just off central Russell Square, the hotel is close to the British Museum and within walking distance of the West End. The hotel boasts great facilities.

DISNEY FROZEN EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOP

THEATRE CAFÉ DINER - TWO COURSE MEAL WITH SOFT DRINK

WEST END SHOW

DAY 2 Sunday 05 May 2024

BREAKFAST AT ACCOMMODATION

PERFORMANCE DAY AT HIS MAJESTY’S THEATRE, WEST END

TRAVEL HOME By coach to Tenbury High School.

This trip will be facilitated by Jack Ludwig, Head Chaperone Tracey Jones & 2 other licensed chaperones. Tickets will be available to the Sunday performance via Take A Bow (the company who organise performance opportunities in London for theatre schools like ours)

Ages: For school years 6 - 11 (and year 12 if 16 or below on the 5th May 2024)

Fees: £420 per child with a payment plan option.

Application: Due to the nature of the trip, location and performance opportunity in a West End theatre LTA will be running this trip via application only, young performers will be selected based on a score system which will be set out by the team. The criteria will be made up of: Have they performed with us before, attendance, how they have been back stage, rehearsal ettiequte and capability.

There are limited spaces available on this trip. If successful you will be required to help with fundraising for travel and additional activities when in London. You will also need to commit to LTA until the end of the next academic year. LTA have the right to remove young performers from the trip at any point. All payments are non refundable.
