HAMILTON Musical Trip from Tenbury Wells

Teme Theatre Trips (by Ludwig Theatre Arts) are excited to be offering a theatre trip from Tenbury Wells to London's West End. This trip is for  LTA, Tenbury High Ormiston Academy & Broadway JR students aged 10+ (In year 6+ from September) and up to 18 years old, still in eductaion. This is a chaperoned educational visit.

Date: Thursday 1st September 2022

Departure Location: Tenbury Wells Swimming Pool

Departure Time: 7:00am for 7:15am departure

Lunch: Time for lunch in London details on this TBC. 

Safeguarding: LTA will chaperone all children. We have 4 team members with enhanced DBS checks. This will be overseen by Head Chaperone Tracey Jones. 

Show Time: 2:30pm 

Departure from London: 6:30pm 

Return: Direct to Tenbury Wells

Seats: Grand Circle Rows A, B, C & D

Coach: Whittles Coaches of Kidderminster (Insured with company when travelling)

In London: Insured with Ludwig Theatre Arts

In Theatre: Insured with Theatre

Cost: £65 per person 

Covid-19: If the producers of the show decide to cancel the performance due to Covid-19 we will be issued a full refund.

Refund/cancellations: Ludwig Theatre Arts do not offer refunds or cancellations. (Unless the production has been cancelled by the producers) If you are unable to attend after booking seats LTA will assist with a replacement but cannot take responsibility.
